rentpay24.com is a marketplace that connects owners with renters. We provide listing services and platform access. Please note that:

  • Digital Listings: Any fees paid for premium listings or featured advertisements are generally non-refundable once the service is activated.
  • Rental Transactions: The actual rental payment (security deposit or rent) is usually handled between the owner and the renter. We recommend reviewing the specific agreement with the owner before making a payment.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same listing package due to a technical error.
  • Service Failure: If a paid feature (like a premium badge) fails to appear on your listing due to a system bug, and we are unable to fix it within 3 working days.
  • Booking Cancellation: If your platform allows online booking deposits, refunds will be subject to the cancellation window (e.g., full refund if cancelled 24 hours before the booking starts).

3. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You change your mind after purchasing a subscription or listing package.
  • Your listing is removed due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
  • You are unable to find a tenant or renter after posting a listing.
  • Issues related to the condition of the rented property or vehicle (these must be resolved directly with the owner).

5. Processing of Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days, depending on your bank’s policies.
